Sameer has more than 27 years of banking and investment experience. Prior to joining GIB Capital he was the Head of Investment Banking at Al Rajhi Capital; previous to which he spent 11 years with Saudi Fransi Capital as the Co-Head of Investment Banking. Before moving to Saudi Arabia, Sameer spent 10 years in London, mainly with UBS Investment Banking. He also worked with Monitor (Advisory for Strategic Transactions) and Datamonitor. Sameer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from London School of Economics, UK; and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from London Business School, UK.
